Monday - Friday We open at 7:30 am and close at 5:30 pm for ages over 18 months; 8:00 am to 5:30 pm for children under 18 months. Seaford UPK Hours - 9:30 am - 2:30 pm. Extended hours available. During July and August, we are open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm for all age groups.

What is your teacher to child ratio?

Learn and Grow adheres to the strict regulations set by NYS OCFS. Our child to adult ratio is 4:1 for children under 18 months, 5:1 for children 2 to 3 years of age, 7:1 for children 3 to 4 years of age, and 8:1 for children 4 years and older.
